Registration (for Participants: Students/Others)

Teams will be announced in the above website on 19th May 2021.

Team

Participants will be divided into teams of two/four/six or more members by the organizer depending on the number of participants.

The coordinator of each team should contact other members for the project activity.

The co-coordinator will assist the coordinator to manage the team activity. In case coordinator has not initiated the coordination work within 48 hrs of the announcement of the team he/she should take initiative to contact the members.

If coordinator or co-coordinator does not contact the members within 48 hrs they should contact themselves for the project activity via mail within the stipulated time (as mentioned in the banner) and inform the name of coordinator to Comtel via mail (top.b@comtelconsultants.com) as newly decided by Team Members. Activities

Project Type: Teams may independently find a problem statement and work on it ensuring an innovate approach. They can also select from the list of problem statements provided on website (will be mentioned). For example,

1. A link from RuTAG IIT Delhi website will be shared from where participants may choose their titles/problems as identified by MSME

2. A list of titles as shared by designated Industry HRs who may choose their candidate as intern under their Company.

Project Activity:

• An overall description of templates and other important instructions regarding assigning file names for submission etc. will be done on the orientation day. Accordingly, the title of the project with brief description must be uploaded in .pdf format (not more than one page).
• It is expected that the team members will spend about 2-3 hours in a week for the project activity. Each team must discus progress of the project at least once in a week. Several online interactive sessions [group-wise] with the participants for progress discussion and doubt clearing may be arranged (will be announced on requirement).

Peer Evaluation:

• After the submission of project proposalwith brief description (.pdf in 1 page) by all teams, next three teams will evaluate those.
• Submission of the final project to Comtel will be in the form of .pdf file of not more than six slides (.ppt). After the submission of final project proposal by all teams, next three teams will evaluate those and score them out of 10 marks. For example, Team 1 will be evaluated by Teams 2,3,4. All the peer review submission will be done with via google forms (will be provided accordingly).

Project Presentation: Final Project Proposal will be presented by every Team in the presence of the experts on the final presentation day. Online presentations may use .ppt slides or videos during their specified time limit from their own system.

Award: The best team based on the experts’ review and the scores by other teams will be given an award (will be announced in due course).

Proof of Participation: The list of participants successfully completing TOP will be displayed in the website upon filling up the Feedback form. The top two teams’ names will be displayed in Comtel website along with the presentation (.pdf) submitted by the respective teams. This activity follows a strict “No Explicit Certificate Policy”, i.e., the participants will not be given any certificate. However, for academic purpose only, successfully completed participants may be provided with e-certificates upon formal request by their academic bodies with additional fees.
